Candidate Qualifications
Primary responsibility of implementations and support of various Oracle databases serving a wide variety of applications including Oracle E-Business Suite
Our ideal candidate for this position will bring to this combination of education, experience, and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer or related field (MIS or Computer Science or equivalent)
.Minimum 2+ years experience in Oracle database administration in 9i and/or newer versions
Minimum 2+ years database administration on Oracle E-Business Suite running on Oracle database 9i and above versions
1-2 years experience with performance tuning and monitoring
Excellent analytical skills, flexibility, ability to plan and lead
Strong trouble shooting and root cause problem resolution
Requires strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in proactive management is preferred
Ability to make strong recommendations supported with facts and then execute to a plan
