Experience: Job Summary:
The Systems Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality systems management technical support to our clients end clients
Strong technical, client and people management skills are required.
Networking and network troubleshooting skills are required, as is demonstrated experience in Linux and SQL. Candidate must be an organized self-starter and have the ability to work under tight time constraints. Excellent customer service background with emphasis on high customer satisfaction is required. Experience with Cisco Systems Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions including Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) is a plus.
