The ideal candidate will have experience administering both DB2 and Oracle databases.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administer DB2 UDB/Oracle Databases
Manage Data Extract and Load Processes
Perform Database performance Tuning
Write SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions
Perform SQL performance tuning
Participate in Data warehouse / Data Mart and Meta Data Development
Write Unix Shell Scripts
Work with Business users and create reports
Work with clients and understand, define and code data exchange requirements
Train users on usage of Data Warehouse and reporting
