This wonderful company is looking for 5 part-time evening Loss Mitigation Specialist (customer service reps) for their default mortgage setting department. Looking for a customer service/call center/sales/experience. Mortgage experience is a huge plus!!! Will be doing both inbound and outbound calling to borrowers to help them with solutions for their mortgages. ( ex. Offering repayment plans, fixing their monthly bill, etc.)
Job description: 90-95% phone contact, 15% administrative duties. Will conduct phone solicitation and follow up with borrowers and attorneys to obtain mortgage loan repayment plans, modifications and reaffirmations. Will be responsible for portfolio of loans including taking and making phone calls, documenting multiples systems, calculation of repayment plans, and modification terms designed to being homeowners current. Will be responsible for counseling homeowner on best options for retaining or liquidating property. Requires superior negotiation skills, strong written and verbal communication, and strong math skills. Effective time management and organizations skills, detailed, flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Ability to work in fast paced, goal oriented environment. Previous experience with mortgage servicing and accounting/or financial background helpful. Looking to pay $10-11/hr DOE. The hours are Monday through Friday 5pm-9pm. Must pass credit check (no liens, civil judgments or currently in bankruptcy proceedings), drug test and 7yr background
