• Creating a variety of Interactive projects (including Web sites, CD-ROMs, DVDs, Custom Applications, etc.).<br>
• Developing and reviewing solution architecture and functional specifications.<br>
• Performing quality assurance testing on all projects. <br>
• Working directly with project managers to communicate and update information as necessary with regards to schedules, budgeting and revisions. <br>
• Consulting with art directors to ensure web constraints are followed with regards to interface design.<br>
• Mentoring and training art directors on Flash and interactive capabilities.<br>
• Multitasking and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and maintaining deadlines and timelines.<br>
• Working with project management to create and standardize processes. <p>

Experience: • 3+ years of experience as a lead developer of interactive projects. <br>
• Expert knowledge of Flash, Flash Video Encoder and ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 <br>
• Fluent in HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, CSS and Web 2.0 technologies.<br>
• Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Director (Lingo) a plus.<br>
• Experience with Video and Audio Compression as well as experience with a video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier. <br>
• Experience with DVD Studio Pro or similar.<br>
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and technical teams.<p>
