Our client in the Buffalo, NY area is seeking a Business Process Partner to fill an immediate opening. The chosen candidate will be responsible for collaborating with assigned process owners, business units, and product groups to identify and recommend process change technology insertion opportunities in support of business objectives and goals. The candidate will prioritize and align investments in process design and enabling technology to drive strategies and achieve targeted performance returns on these investments. Lead, drive, and implement business process design and improvement programs/initiatives. The candidate will also provide strategic and tactical support for cross-functional project teams, designing end-to-end processes supporting new products and services.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, MIS, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Seven plus years experience in Process Design and Improvement including experience in various core business processes supporting information systems.
- Minimum of ten years experience in Project Management
- Business Process Management, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to establish strategic relationships and strategic plans with key business area management
- Ability to understand complex business problems and apply cost effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understand the importance of maintain the physical and technical security and privacy of protected health information (PHI)
