Experience: Process Improvement - proficiency to demonstrate process improvement in practical and complex situations.
. Quality Assurance - participates in establishing, communicating and monitoring of standards for quality and excellence
. Best Practices - knowledge and understanding of best practices and proficient in the practical application of these practices
. Internal Consulting - is able to operate as an internal consultant demonstrating ability to work well with clients at all levels, comprehend the client perspectives and assess business concepts quickly.
