What will the contractor do on that project?)Coordinate and assist in technical calls with customers, vendors, and AT&T technicians as needed to identify and resolve equipment problems .Coordinate testing schedule and assist Customer Project Managers, local exchange companies, and/or AT&T technicians to isolate and resolve network or customer equipment problems .Interface with internal departments (Provisioning, billing, sales, AT&T work center supervision, etc) Troubleshooting skills involving T1 circuits is also required.
