Robert Half Technology is currently recruiting for a Help Desk Client Support Associate to provide 1st Level troubleshooting and support for all technical user issues. The incumbent will have experience supporting and responding to AS400 systems, Windows OS and Novell and peripheral equipment related problems. Strong initiative, detail orientation, ability to interpret problems and decisive decision-making skills required. Strong working knowledge of Windows OS (XP) and MS Office Applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio), Lotus Notes, Exchange, SAP, Cisco Hardware, Basic troubleshooting abilities with corporate based PC environments (Printers, TCP/IP commands, etc.). Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
