In this position, you will be responsible for creating and delivering fresh, compelling ideas and designs for portions of Web sites including micro sites, online advertisements, advertorials, sweepstakes/contest sites, email blasts, updates, sales presentations, production and other online marketing materials. Your designs will be leveraged for development projects built within an enterprise-wide Content Management (CMS) solution across the client's Internet properties. The CMS will be the cornerstone of the client's online presence as they look to leverage tier content in the user-centric Web 2.0 world. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and present creative concepts to Clients, Project Managers and Development team.
• Articulate and justify design rationale.
• Creation of all digital assets needed to implement design comps into working user interfaces for Web sites within an enterprise CMS, using industry standards wherever possible, emerging standards as necessary.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Information Architects, Technical Analysts and Developers to create and deliver appropriate requirements and specifications to meet business objectives.
• Deliver high-level time and effort estimates based on Client requirements to businesses during project kickoffs, refining the estimate at each phase/toll gate.
• Transform digital comps into working digital assets and templates using an enterprise CMS.
• Provide constructive feedback to other Designers and Developers as part of the overall software development process.

Experience: Qualifications:
&#149; 3+ years design experience in a competitive, deadline-driven interactive media environment.
&#149; Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, responsible and personable.
&#149; Graphic Design or similar degree.
&#149; Demonstrable portfolio required.

Skills:
&#149; Strong knowledge of relevant W3C standards with respect to XHTML & CSS.
&#149; Strong creative skills in typography, layout, composition and color theory.
&#149; Strong knowledge of brand strategy, content planning and information architecture.
&#149; Excellent understanding of web usability principles.
&#149; Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Flash, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
&#149; High proficiency in HTML, DHTML, Javascript, Flash (including ActionScript) and CSS.
&#149; Experise in tableless design and layout, using cross-platform CSS and pixel-level positioning.
&#149; Knowledge of content organization and navigation.
&#149; Management of multiple projects and communicating with a diverse mix of geographically-dispersed (on- and off-shore) resources.

Desired:
&#149; Should require minimum direction and have great sense of ownership.
&#149; Experience delivering designs for use within an enterprise-wide CMS solution, particularly Vignette v7.
