Our Client is looking for Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP Programmer Class2 is needed to provide a temporary consulting resource to Client with extensive experience in the Peoplesoft modules referenced in the attached Scope of Work. The Consulting resource will be required to observe the client purchasing business process and recommend changes to the method in which Client is using the Peoplesoft system and recommend changes to the configuration of the Peoplesoft installation in use by Client.1. Quatation EvaluationA. In making the determination as to which temporary professional computer consultant offers the greatest value to the Authority shall carefully consider the billing rate. Accordingly, the Authority may not necessarily make an award to the firms whose consultant had the highest technical ranking. Further, the Authority reserves the right not to make an award to the lowest quotation in the event that the Authority determines that the lowest quotation does not offer the greatest value to the Authority. Although the price is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of a consultant for this Request for Quotation, the Authority, wishes to ensure that it is paying the least amount possible for the work that meets the Authority's needs. The degree of importance of price as a factor shall increase to the extent that competing quotations are otherwise determined to be substantially equal.B. The factors the Authority will consider in evaluating candidates proposed or quotations are listed below:As part of the implementation the system was configured to perform in a like fashion with a Peoplesoft configuration already in place at one of the Client sister agencies. The system has been successful, although Client requires consulting support for recommended configuration changes to better meet Client's business needs.Purpose The purpose of this contract is to provide a temporary consulting resource to the Client with extensive experience in the peoplesoft modules referenced above. The consulting resource will be required to observe the Client purchasing business processes and recommend changes to the method in which Client is using the Peoplesoft system and recommend changes to the configuration of the Peoplesoft installation in use by Client.Scope of WorkThe Consulting services required will provide recommendations in regards the method in which Client is using the Peoplesoft system as well as recommendations in regards to configuration changes to better meet Client business needs: The consultant will be responsible to the following:. Observe Client purchasing business processes.. Provide recommendations to Client purchasing personnel in regards to different methods of using the Peoplesoft system to meet purchasing business process needs.. Review current Peoplesoft configuration and provide recommended changes to meet Client purchasing needs.. Document all recommended changes to both the different methods for using Peoplesoft, and recommended configuration changes.
Experience: 2. Qualification & Selection Criteria. 7+ years experience is working with the Peoplesoft eProcurement module.. Furnish references of two complex Peoplesoft eProcurement projects participated in successfully.. Knowledge of purchasing and Inventory application . Ability to work well in a environment with other managers and staffs.. Quality of resume..
