A Global Financial Institution located in Downtown Manhattan has an immediate Contract opening for a Securities Business Analyst.Job Description: Senior Business Analyst with a strong customer focus, good communications skills, technical fundamentals and a background in Financial Services to lead Business requirements gathering for the Branch Capacity Expansion Initiative . Impact analysis and dependency analysis skills are a must. Skills Required: 8 years of experience Financial Services - Application development Previous lead analyst experience on large projects Strong understanding of Securities Back Office processing Understanding of SDLC practices Strong Organizational skills Experience in developing processes and working with a combination of technical, business, operations teams. Strong presentation skills for both business and technical material and the capacity to communicate to both a technical team and senior management Possess business and analytical skills to develop dependency and impact analysis Working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office 2003/2007 productivity suite.
