Mandatory Technical Requirements: 1. Minimum two (2) years of experience in the design, development and production of procedures, policy documents, training materials and manuals.2. Minimum two (2) years of experience performing quality assurance tasks and reviews on written and published materials, forms and manuals.3. Interviewing, data collection and analysis skills. Experience defining documentation and requirements.4. Experience with personal computer systems including word processors, spreadsheets, databases and scheduling tools.5. Experience working on one (1) project involving social services policy and program analysis on a local or state governmental level, preferably with knowledge of welfare, food stamp and/or Medicaid rules and regulations.Desirable Requirements:Experience with document creation and management software, especially InFormed software.Demonstrated experience in design and analysis for a Window-based or Web environment.Experience working on one (1) project for the City of New York, including at least two (2) years of experience with public assistance information systems.
