Description The Systems Support consultant will work in call center environment receiving calls from agents and/or customers regarding service affecting issues. This consultant will coordinate and assist in technical calls with customers, vendors, and technicians as needed to identify and resolve equipment problems; coordinate testing schedule and assist Customer Project Managers, local exchange companies, and/or technicians to isolate and resolve network or customer equipment problems; and interface with internal departments.
