Might consider someone with a TN Visa.Primary Description/Responsibilities.As an "On-boarding Manager" with the the Compnay's Trading team you will be expected to quickly learn the business, systems and on boarding processes in place. Using strong project management and customer facing skills, you will be expected to built up strong customer relationships and manage a broad client portfolio. An On-boarding Manager must manage client expectations, co-ordinate internal and external teams track the project and deliver in a timely and efficient manner to the customer's satisfaction. As part of that process, you will be expected to support and troubleshoot and connectivity issues, manager and execute certification testing and resolve and order routing workflow issues.While this is predominantly a client facing role, an On-boarding Manager will be expected to liaise with many internal groups including Development, Operations, Testing and Product Management.JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: On-Boarding Manager1) Education - University Degree Preferable2) Must have a solid knowledge of STP and FIX Protocol (versions 4.0 and 4.2) for Equities and Derivatives3) Must have a minimum of 4 years project management experience and 2 years working with FIX connectivity projects4) Needs to have an in depth knowledge of the financial markets5) Must have experience of working with Transactions based applications (in-house or external)6) Must have an understanding of Exchange Connectivity, IOI's, Algorithmic and DMA Trading7) Needs - Pre-sales consultancy and technical/business gap analysis experience8) Needs a basic UNIX command line skills9) Excellent written and verbal communication as well as a good client facing demeanor10) Strong personal organization and time keeping11) DESIRED/but not needed - Knowledge of a second languageSalary Range: $30 - 40/hour W2 (needs to be local)Note: No 3rd party Vendors, NO SUBS, NO Corp-to-Corp, NO H1B VISAs, NO F1 Visa.
