Oracle HR DeveloperNYOracle HR Developer: This Oracle/HR Developer will analyze requirements and write functional, technical, and design specifications for Oracle 12i HR/Oracle Compensation Workbench (OCW) Applications. The developer will also develop and implement RICE objects for the above environment. In addition, the developer may be called upon to support ancillary HR applications including time collection, benefits and payrollJob Responsibilities:Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement Oracle HR RICE objectsProvide technical support for all HR processes/workflowsTrouble shoot problems of any degree of complexity and see them through Unit/System and User Acceptance TestingSupport business users in the use of the Oracle Compensation Workbench Provide technical consultation (including training) in advanced technologies. Work with software and tools vendors to identify and resolve technical problems. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Perform other application support duties as requiredQualifications Requirements:Candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience working in Oracle 11i/12i Applications environment. Candidate should have 4-5 years of Java development experience.Must have ability to mentor junior developers, and to develop and present training for business-usersShould have a very strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are supported using the Oracle HR Suite.Oracle functional and technical skills in implementing and supporting the Compensation Work Bench module.Should have very strong functional and technical skills in implementing and supporting the Employee and Manager Self-Service modulesShould have experience in using Oracle Personalization.Must have strong communication, listening and presentation skills.Candidate should have skills in using various tools like PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, XML Publisher, Application Object Library, Oracle APIs, OA Framework.Should be a team player who can work in a collaborative environment.Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.Must have very good documentation skills.
