Application/Software Support in New York, NY

One of Ajilon's clients in the Manhattan area is looking for a Applications/Software Support. The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications: Perform the implementation and configuration of application software changes Operational Acceptance Test plans based on technical requirements Coordinate, document and report daily test activities Troubleshoot and assist in the mitigation and escalation of incidents in test Interaction with support groups, end-users and management of all levels •Experience in supporting applications on Linux and Windows environments In depth experience in diagnosing and solving software/hardware operational problems Change management, release and deployment management experience Application software testing Scripting knowledge Understanding of ITIL framework and processes preferred MUST be LOCAL and commutable to the NYC area.
