Global Financial Firm located in Melville, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst. Education: Bachelor's Level Degree Scope of Work: Business Analyst The ideal candidate will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects (automation, streamlining workflows, eliminating redundancies). Responsible for documenting, defining and developing business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities and performance matrices; she/he analyzes business processes such as current state analysis, gap analysis, best practice identification, and organizational assessments. The applicant will plan and implement process improvement; working independently or as part of a team. The candidate constructs sound, logical business improvement opportunities consistent with corporate guiding principles, cost savings, and organizational architecture. The right candidate will also be versed in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Concepts & Policies.
