We have an immediate need for someone who has experience interfacing with customers to gather Software Applications Requirements. This position requires prior printing industry knowledge in addition to software requirements gathering experience. In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for gathering the voice of the customer, understanding their business problems and aligning solutions to address their needs. Customers are internal and external. This role interfaces with the internal development and delivery organizations to ensure that the solutions are appropriate. They are also responsible for documentation of requirements and process flows, as well as training for the solutions. Strong communication skills both verbal and written The position analyzes the business and technology needs of the client and proposes the optimal solution to fit those needs. The position also plays an instrumental role in the technical design of the solution, the pilot and deployment of the solution and the ongoing support on the solution. The position provides subject matter expertise in an array of specialties including imaging, document management, middleware solutions, legacy systems, managed services, and other components. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical discipline or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of directly applicable IT and consulting experience. Experience should include extremely complex client implementations. Recognized as a subject matter expert, including relevant business process knowledge. Essential Skills: .
