We have an immediate need for an experienced Tivoli Security Supervisor. In this exciting and challenging role, you will supervise the Design, development, and implementation of the Tivoli Security Suite and provides architecture, design, and implementation expertise of Identity Management products on an enterprise scale. Essential Assignment Functions: . Oversee project timelines and deliverables for the Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM) . Oversee the installation, configuration and regular tuning for WebSphere Application Servers and insure adherence to best practices. . Oversee the installation of Identity and Access Management solutions in WebSphere and Portal environments as well as custom application environments for customers. . Ensures the assigned Infrastructure is proactively monitored, resolving response time or capacity and resource deficiencies over multiple processing centers. . Works with Unix and Windows systems Administrators on capacity planning, assists with server builds and installations. . Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance issues as they exist and change from time to time Special Skills/Qualifications: . BA/BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. . Minimum of 5 years experience with Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager required . Must have working knowledge of enterprise application servers, systems and supporting technologies including load balancing etc. . Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) required. . Experience working with different versions of WebSphere ND and multiple versions of the same application installed within WebSphere environment. . Solid Unix experience . Previous Project Management or leadership experience strongly preferred. **No third party vendors or 1099 contractors.
