MANDATORY Requirements: NOTE:   CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION: Must have 4 or more years of experience in maintaining Cisco Unified Communications, Unified Messaging and Cisco Internet Protocol Contact Center which includes in-depth knowledge of the following: 1)            Ciscos Unified Messaging Architecture running in a Cisco Network Infrastructure. 2)            Integration of Call Manager systems with Cisco Voice Gateways, CTI, ICM, peripheral gateways and route patterns. 3)            QOS and Cisco Switch Family configurations  4)            IPCC systems and Integration MS-2003 Exchange 5)            Unity Architecture and its integration with the Call Manager and the Exchange System 6)            Telephone systems, PSTN and high capacity data networks. 7)            Cisco IPCC reports, CTIOS, Webview, outbound dialers and traffic capacity analysis, 8)            Protocols:  H.323, MGCP, SIP, SS7   Responsibilities will include Overseeing the Call Center network performance, data, voice and video traffic management, Daily Operation Maintenance, IPCC Enterprise Implementation and maintenance, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMACs) for the entire IP Telephony System which includes multiple nodes spread throughout 4 major locations. NOTE:   No travel is anticipated. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add additional sheets if necessary): 1.            4 or more years of knowledge and hands on experience in a Microsoft 2003/2008 environment. 2.            Knowledge of Cisco Call Center systems and PSTN Networks 3.            4 or more years in a Cisco environment. 4.            Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert 5.            Additional Cisco certifications are desirable.   To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
