Business Analyst in New York, NY

A large financial located in Manhattan seeks a consultant for a 6 month plus contract as a Business Analyst. Summary: -Work as an independent business analyst within Broker Dealer Services Product Development group -Exposure to Private Client Services (PCS) Broker business or Advisor business -Write requirements for Dashboard- PCS Project work stream -Familiarity with Business Process Management or workflow tools -Manage and own project open issues tracking list and ensure proper closure -Conduct as needed stakeholder meetings and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner to interested parties -Understand entitlement management and Broker or Advisor business -Prepare functional requirements and use cases for new entitlements being added to ID Management UI Deliverables: 1. Complete business requirement document and business oriented functional specifications (not technical specifications) 2. Help achieve formal project sign off from appropriate project stakeholders (CISC, Prod Dev, IT, Ops, Service, etc.) 3. Create executive mgmt presentations upon request 4. Write requirements, use cases and draft workflows for COSMOS and Top Secret entitlement setup 5.
