Duties and Responsibilities include: Coordinating staffing requests by identifying, qualifying and recommending available candidates. Actively following-up with requestors to facilitate a timely decision. Coordinating communication with the other RM?s, Service Line/Sector leaders/liaisons, People Managers, People Leaders and other such contacts, until a satisfactory assignment has been made. Develops understanding of local clients & engagements, and anticipates future needs through on-going communication with leadership. Develops knowledge about professionals? capabilities and understanding their career & personal goals, which may influence assignment priorities. Maintains forecast and staffing status data for professionals within the East Business Unit. Generates skill searches and provides resumes upon request. Prepares analysis reports on various statistical information pertaining to utilization, forecast, and availability. Obtains information from both Human Resources and Recruiting on new hires and their respective skill sets. Raises performance and HR related issues to leadership for guidance. Trains/advises professionals on the staffing and forecasting procedures. Requirements: Basic understanding of the consulting environment to effectively interact and recommend professionals to engagements. Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, able to deal with ambiguity and negotiate through conflict. A positive, enthusiastic and motivated personality is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze complex issues, as well as recommend and implement solutions. Flexibility, judgment and strong communication skills are critical. Level: Experienced Senior Consultant or Manager. We are looking to identify candidates by the end of this week. Resources must be East coast, prefer NY area. All inclusive. CTH 3 MONTHS NO FEES.
