Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is searching for a Sales Force Automation Operations Lead to fill a requirement at a customer site in New York City, NY. This is an assignment through December 2006 with the possibility of permanent hire. Sales Force Automation Operations Lead We currently have an opening for an Operations Lead of Sales Force Automation team who will effectively manage the day to day activities surrounding the support of the SFA application & development staff to deliver quality operational support and application development. Ensure project prioritization, work planning, and progress tracking. Maintain exceptional direct relationships with field veterinary operations and the multiple sales forces. Responsibilities Include: ? Managing client assignments and work with the technology team to manage the work process. ? Define a project methodology for the SFA team. ? Collect, analyze, clarify and document stakeholder requirements ? Work closely with users and client to define, document, prioritize and manage the project plans using Microsoft Project. Monitoring these projects will involve regular staff meetings with client and technical team. ? Provide guidance during project initiation activities such as business process evaluation and business case development. ? Coordinate and assist in the efforts of technical staff for on-time delivery of technical tasks associated with project deliverables. This includes design reviews, tech spec reviews, QA testing, and documentation/training. ? Monitor helpdesk queues and manage the resolution of all support issues in a timely manner. For more information about SYKES Enterprises, Inc. click to: www.sykes.comExperience/Skills Required: ? 8 years of managing Sales Force Automation/Customer Relationship Management projects/teams. ? 5 years of experience implementing Siebel CRM (Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Service Center). ? 5 years of service delivery to MOSTLY REMOTE users totaling more than 700. ? 8 years of project management experience with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources concurrently. ? Clear understanding and execution of projects using software development lifecycle. ? 5 years experience of using relational data models for use in ad-hoc sales reporting and analysis. ? A deep understanding of technology and a passion to apply technology to solve business issues. ? Strong oral and written communication skills required. ? Extremely organized, thorough, smart, and detail oriented A bachelor?s degree or relevant advanced degree in IT preferred. Understanding of animal health/pharmaceutical market is a plus.
