1. Experience developing Java/J2EE Applications with the Spring Framework 2. Experience using the Java Hibernate Core for Data Access 3. Experience developing applications interfaced with Oracle databases 4. Experience deploying applications in IBM Websphere 5. Experience working with staff to identify improvements and implement changes to code 6. Experience reviewing business requirements 7. Experience designing user interface screens 8. Experience developing in XML 9. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing 10. Experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. NON-MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS OR DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE 1. Experience in developing applications for a highly secured environment. 2.
