Develop test plans and project plans, based on overall project requirements. Participate in design meetings with the Project Management, Development group and clients to analyze functional specifications. Create, maintain and update test strategy, test conditions, test cases and regression scripts, based on business requirements. Manually test new system software. Adhere to the testing principles in the Software Development Lifecycle as implemented by TSYS Prepaid. Reporting and managing software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Attend project meetings to report on status of testing, communicate issues, implement QA standards and policies, and communicate QA schedule. 5+ years of Testing experience (Internet/Web related applications a plus). Solid understanding of quality assurance testing. Exposure to quality best practices. Experience creating and executing test plans, strategies, cases, and scripts. Knowledgeable of Internet/Web technologies, such as web browsers, http, and html. Excellent analytical skills. Must be a team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision and work under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience with defect/test management tools.

Experience working with automation tools like WinRunner, QuickTestPro, SilkTest
Experience in prepaid industry a plus.
