CPCS Application Systems Consultant in Albany, NY

Duration:6 months Need only US CITIZENS for this... Job Description Provide maintenance and production support for CPCS application and related sub-applications (includes on-call pager rotation). Develop and integrate various Check vendor packages under a new version of CPCS (1.13). Required Skills Ten + years of Item Processing development experience. Extensive knowledge of CPCS (Check Processing Control System) processing, and image archive technologies. CPCS programming abilities include, Assembler, SCI, COBOL and SMP/E. Experience integrating other check sub-products with CPCS. Exceptional problem solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate an understanding of, or willingness to learn business unit applications and workflows. The ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently. Preferred Skills Cross-functional knowledge of business units within the banking industry, with a strong emphasis on check image capture.
