Senior Project Manager in New York, NY

IT project manager with broad experience in the planning and implementation of technical cutovers of a rules based J2EE application in a NY state and or NYC government environment. Required SKILLS: 1. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years experience project planning and management of time and attendance, financial or work force management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix management environments required. The candidate must be able to develop IT project plans using MS Project and communicate clearly and capably with project sponsors , customers and technical or business stakeholder. BS or equivalent is required Project management certification is a plus. We need someone that is available on weekends when necessary.
