Will include writing test protocols and testing procedures, performing testing, taking data, and preparing test reports.
May also include traditional technician tasks such as: constructing test fixtures with both electrical and mechanical technical demands, troubleshooting circuits and assemblies, and performing daily standardized tests.
The focus is on testing.

This is not an entry level position. Strong technical, electrical, computer and communication skills are required.
Technical Skills: Defined skill areas, specialized abilities, proficiency in process(es) or functions(s), breadth & depth of practices, principles, programs.
Traditional technician skills are required. Skills such as: operating thermal chambers, constructing printed circuits, breadboards, test fixtures.
Servicing or repairing electronic circuits. Also a high proficiency in operating test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, serial communications capture devices.
