Our client is a global management consulting firm and they are seeking an IT Specialist to join their technical support team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills!! This is a must!
- High energy, strong follow-up skills, responsive.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Windows XP, office, Outlook.
- PDA support (Trio, Blackberry, etc) a big plus.
- AV support a big plus.
- Telco support (Avaya, Siemens, etc) a big plus.
