Data Warehouse and Reporting System is to establish a platform for Financial, Risk, and Management reporting based on shared transaction data and common data standards. The Foundation Phase of the project (Phase I) established a consolidated financial data warehouse using PeopleSoft EPM software. The BASEL II Phase (Phase II) was initiated to ensure compliance with the Basel II requirements, which include reconciling global finance and credit risk data and providing inputs required for Basel II capital calculations. Within the Project, Autosys is the primary interface for setting up hierarchical job structures and running jobs.
ROLE
- Lead the running of Autosys jobs for a high-traffic Data Warehouse UAT environment.
- Run and coordinate the running of these jobs with 2 offshore resources.
- Ability to understand the processing dependencies of a complex data warehouse.
- Lead issues to resolution across Business and Technology streams.
Duration : 6 months
Location : NY/NJ
Experience: - Min 5 years experience in a financial services systems environment. - Knowledge of UNIX commands and operating system behavior required, which can include navigation across UNIX directories, script execution, changing file attributes/access, viewing and editing files (VI editor). - Flexible availability when bi-monthly UAT cycles are at peak. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Project, Data Warehouse and/or Autosys experience preferable.
