Job Title: QA Analyst
This position is for a QA who will be a member of a Top Tier Investment Bank, Equities QA Team. This candidate will create and execute test plans
and test cases, and produce project status reports and metrics. The QA
staff member should understand the process of building test documents
from business requirements and/or technical specifications.
This position requires 5+ years of testing experience with at least 3
years experience in brokerage type financial applications. Weekend and
overtime hours may be required.
Required Skills:
-Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
-Ability to understand a test scope when documentation is unavailable
-Work independently.
-UNIX / Linux knowledge
-Strong understanding of SDLC
-Experience access data via SQL queries
-Be able to work in a multi-time zone environment.
Business Experience & Education:
-BA/BS Required
-3+ years QA experience in the financial industry with respect to
-brokerage applications.
