Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Staff Augmentation Department the Project Analyst IV would be responsible to assist with development and implementation of protocols, procedures and methodologies to support the new technology offshore model.


Responsibilities:
Participates in planning, implementing and publishing newly created technology offshore protocols, procedures and methodologies.
Create and maintain a scheduling model to assist Systems Managers with planning and allocating assignments to offshore personnel. 
Document and implement processes and procedures for the receipt, review, and execution of offshore service requests.
Establish tracking, reporting, standards, and escalation processes for all technology offshore requests.
Centralize receipt and maintenance of all offshore vendor contracts, invoicing, payment and status reporting.  
Develop high-level training for the new offshore processes for team members and business partners.
Provide consultation to areas new to technology offshore model.
Work closely with PMO to appropriately link new offshore protocols and methodologies to existing standards.
Assists in addressing problems/issues. Analyzes information, determine feasible solutions and makes recommendations.
May project manage small to medium scope efforts to increase offshore services.
Maintains a thorough understanding of technology offshore industry changes and its strategic benefits.


Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree or 5+ years experience in technology/Banking
2 - 4 years Management/Supervisory experience.
2+ years Project Lead experience
Solid PC skills (MS Products)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills


Ideal Qualifications:
BS or MBA preferred
Off Shore experience/knowledge
Full Project Life Cycle Methodology/experience
Excellent Time Management & Organizational skills
Very good understanding of the Bank's application framework
