Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Staff Augmentation Department the Business &  Planning Analyst III would be responsible for assisting in the developing of management reporting to schedule queue pipelines, metrics, and reports to monitor efforts to ensure offshore financial objectives are achieved. 


Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, and then maintain the project ?queue pipeline/schedule? reporting to help managers achieve budgeted offshore objectives.
Work with the Global IT Office to quantify offshore plan, forecast vs. actual spending dashboards.
Track offshore cost to benefits forecasts and actual.
Assist in developing, and then maintain reporting to measure vendor estimates to actual costs.
Develop processes for receipt, validation, tracking and payment of vendor invoices.
Work with vendors and Central Technology's PMO to formalize project service level standards and reporting.
Assist in developing triggers and escalation processes for vendors, as well as internal areas.


Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree or better in Accounting or Finance
Advanced level experience with Access & Excel (macros, pivot tables)
Financial Modeling/Statistical Analysis experience
Excellent written/verbal communication skills


Ideal Qualifications:
Solid PC skills (MS Products)
Off Shore experience/knowledge
Excellent Time Management & Organizational skills
Very good understanding of the Bank's application framework
