Job Description for Application Developer
You are a strong performer, in the first or second job of your career. You are a college grad and have 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Visual FoxPro and / or SQL Server. You are looking for a full time position as a mid-level programmer.
You are highly committed to developing and reviewing quality programming code. You want to work on projects that include:
. developing and implementing data driven business application programs
. extending and enhancing the functionality of existing applications
. performing data migration projects
. providing end-user application and technical support
. assisting customers with installation
You work quickly, are highly accurate, and committed to delivering quality solutions on time and in budget.
You are team-oriented, and willing to do what it takes to satisfy customers. You value openness, communication and professionalism. You are hard working, honest and reliable, a quick learner and self-starter. You are resourceful, punctual, and strong at both written and verbal communication.
You are looking for a company that is part of Microsoft Partner Program, and look forward to obtaining, or advancing your certifications. You know, or are interested in learning about finance, or financial accounting software.

Salary in the range of $35,000 - $55,000, based on experience. Paid vacation and holidays, company paid health and dental, 401k program and tuition reimbursement are all part of the package. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:30 with an hour for lunch. Located in an office park, with cafeteria, fitness center, and free parking.
