Sr.Solutions Architect - pSeries/Storage-Manhattan
Job Function:
Provide technical solutions architecture services to clients for pSeries and Storage solutions.
Provide technical implementation and support services to clients for pSeries and Storage solutions.
Level 2/3 technical support to clients for pSeries and Storage solutions.
Overall Responsibilities:
Design solutions using pSeries and Storage offerings.
On-site services for integration and installation of pSeries and Storage
solutions at client locations as required.
Management of project delivery tasks and resources.
Report status and results of engagements to management and client.
Provide end-user technical support at client locations as required.
Recording time spent on projects in the appropriate billing database system daily.
Maintain technical skills and certifications required to qualify to
deliver the necessary technical support services.
Provide technical support and collaboration to other team members on
various tasks.
Key Duties:

Physical and logical servicing of server and storage systems at client locations as required.
Design and architecture services for server, storage, and networking solutions.
Deliver remote technical support to clients as needed via Internet and/or phone as required.
Physical implementation of various server, storage, and network
hardware at client locations as required.
Installation and configuration of various software systems at client locations as required.
