Sr. Systems Engineer-Manhattan
Job Function:
Provide technical solutions architecture services to clients
Provide technical implementation and support services to our clients.
? Level 2/3 technical support to clients.
Overall Responsibilities:
Design, setup, and maintain server, storage, and workstation systems
at client locations as required.
Integration and installation of various Hardware & Software systems
at client locations as required.
Management of project delivery tasks and resources.
Report status and results of engagements to management and client.
Provide end-user technical support at client locations as required.
Recording time spent on projects in the appropriate billing
database system daily.
Maintain technical skills and certifications required to qualify to
deliver the necessary technical support services.
Provide technical support and collaboration to other team members on
various tasks.
