Product Manager

Responsibilities:
* Work with carrier and large enterprise customers, engineering and sales team to define product and release roadmap
* Work with Clients channel partners (including large routing vendors) to ensure product meets channel requirements.
* Ensure timely and feature complete delivery of product to customers and partners
* Develop pre-release documentation, including inputs to marketing
* Assist in white papers and other marketing collateral
* Lead the product documentation team to ensure high quality customer and partner material
Mandatory Qualifications: You must have ALL of these!
* BS or MS in Computer Science or Enginee ring
* 5+ years of industry experience working on in the areas of Networking or Network Management in any capacity
* 2+ years of product management experience
* Excellent written, oral and customer presentation, influence, and negotiation skills with emphasis on
creating solutions that delight the customer.
* Excellent technical written and verbal communication in English
* Solid attention to detail and process. If you don't like detail and process, please don't apply.
* Passionate about working in a small, flexible and fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications: The more of these you have, the better!
* Experience with IP networking, especially good knowledge of routing protocols
* Experience with voice or video over IP applications
