Will ensure performance, reliability, availability and integrity of Oracle databases; analyze, design, implement and maintain databases and database objects in a client server environment supporting customer business applications.
Will be responsible for the design and integrity of database structures in a multi-user environment; develop and enforce database standards and procedures; analyze data and process requirements.
Will review systems and programming designs to ensure efficient use of database resources.
Will interface with operations database support group on production problems.
Will be monitor database performance statistics and recommend improvements.
Will implement and maintain Oracle relational database management (RDBMS) software.
Experience: Must have 5+ years of experience with Oracle database administration.
Must have Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g, UNIX Sun Solaris skills.
