Robert Half Technology is currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician for one of our top clients in Suffolk County, Long Island. The Help Desk Technician must be experienced with troubleshooting Windows environments, primarily Windows 2000/XP. Experience in Microsoft applications support, work in a variety of environments and able to work with multiple issues at a time. Additionally, the candidate must have great customer service skills; strong documentation skills with attention to detail, possess strong interpersonal, organization skills and communicate at all levels within an organization. Candidate should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, should have demonstrated ability and experience analyzing and resolving technical problems and must be able to discuss technical issues in non technical terms.
