We have an immediate need for a Sr.\Lead WAN Engineer for one of our Long Island based clients in the financial industry. The Network Architect must be experience with routing, switching, network security, experience with Voice; including VoIP and TDM also needed. Proficient knowledge of Enterprise LANs and WANs. Experience with switched Ethernets, VLANs, and layer three switching. The ideal candidate must also be experience with routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and routed protocols (TCP/IP, IPX). Familiarity with ATM, Sonet, Frame relay, MPLS, PPP, wireless, mobile computing, DS3, T-1 and ISDN BRI/PRI. Microsoft Office, Visio.
