Seeking SAP CRM Consultants with IPC (Internet Pricing and Configurator). Experience for IBM Global Business Services' Industrial CRM practice .This consultant will be responsible for successful delivery of CRM process deliverables in IPC, product configurator, variant configuration in ERP and CRM and tax transaction configuration. This role will be involved in preparing and contributing to process design workshops, development and implementation of the project plan, oversight of technical preparation of test scenarios and documentation and managing project timelines to ensure timely and high quality deliverables. Preferred candidates should have hands on experience with business process mapping for pricing, IPC implementation and team leadership. Ability to travel 100% required. Major Field of Study: Computer science, business or related Team lead experience. Ability to independently generate solutions, based on SAP CRM understanding, strong quantitative and analytical skills and business knowledge. Ability to conduct business requirements definition sessions with client business and IT users. Hands on experience developing project deliverables - formal/structured methodology. Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities for operational metrics. Hands on configuration knowledge of CRM processes related to pricing, product configuration and tax transaction plan design. Process definition analysis design and implementation. Ability to verbally and in writing communicate processes, concepts, etc to team members. Medium to large client interaction and process consulting experience. Candidates can live near any major metropolitan US City with access to a major Airport. Position requires up to 100% Travel. At least 3 years hands-on SAP CRM experience with work in IPC - Work with SAP CRM 5.2 desirable - At least one full-life cycle implementation of SAP CRM project based on a structured methodology. - Minimum 2 years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities.
