Research and development of Data products, Data Network, training of new technologies to the Data Network and upkeep, support for data lab.
Detailed Description
Lab Maintenance (Configuring gear and assigning out equipment).
Research of new technologies in the Data Product set such as VoIP Services, Routing, Hardware.
Training of New technologies to other groups
Documentation and creating of Testing scenarios
Vendor relationship. Keeping in touch with Vendors and evaluation of Vendor equipment
Reporting to upper MGMT
Support DNE organization
Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant IT field, preferred
4 Years of DNE experience.
Vast knowledge of IP routing/switching and other Data related technologies (Border Gateway Protocol, Intermediate System to Intermediate System, Voice over Internet Protocol, Multi Protocol Label Switching, etc). The ability to work on projects alone and with a group. Knowledge and experience with the Open Systems Interconnect model and the first four layers.
