&#149; Bachelor&#146;s degree in Computer Science or related field or the equivalence of education and experience.<br>
&#149; Experience using Microsoft Windows (server and desktop) hardware and software, Active Directory, DNS, and networking and security controls.<br>
&#149; Experience with support for desktop computers and software (including Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Macintosh Operating System).<br>
&#149; Experience working with HTTP servers (IIS/Apache) a plus but not required. <br>
&#149; MCP for Windows XP and/or Windows 2003 Server a plus but not required. <p>


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<p>
&#149; Conceptual understanding of IP routing and Local Area Network (LAN) switching.<br>
&#149; Comprehension of firewall technologies (such as stateful inspection and NAT).<br>
&#149; Understanding of storage technologies (such as RAID).<br>
&#149; Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.<br>
&#149; Capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team.<br>
&#149; Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.<p>
