This is an exciting full-time position for a recent college graduate in a fascinating capacity in a wonderful company.
Expanding New York-based international software company is looking for a technically capable, calm, patient and customer-oriented individual willing to work remotely and/or locally with our customers throughout North America.
• Be ‘client-facing,’ i.e. provide excellent customer service
• Be able to work with minimal and/or remote supervision
Skills:
• Good communication skills for end-user training and tutorial help
• Ideally, successful candidate will have some business analysis and business architecture knowledge and/or interest.
Candidate will spend first 3 mos. training at Headquarters in Copenhagen.

Experience: • reproduce and diagnose problems
• be able to write C/C++ / Java Script simple routines
• learn a new application relating to the graphical representation of business and IT functions, and, in consultation with other consultants and salespeople, tailor solutions to address specific customer concerns
• Desired: bi-lingual French/English
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the Windows Operating System and be familiar with client-server environments
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server environments and other Microsoft Products
• Solid PC troubleshooting skills
