We are looking for an experienced PM, certification preferred, who has
handled integrating a CRM process into an organization leveraging new
technology. They should have a broad business focus, and will not be
managing the IT tasks related to this project apart from integrating the
IT project plan into the business project plan. They should have
experience involving the business when IT is ready to begin functional
testing and deployment. The PM will also facilitate requirements
gathering for the business around process management.
Key attributes for this person will be excellent communication skills and
able to deliver messages at all levels. This individual will be the
spokesperson for the project to executive level management and should have
a good presence about them. Someone who can take action, holds themselves
and others accountable, and can readily identify and mitigate risk is
necessary. they will work closely with the IT group responsible for
implementing this technology, as well as make other strategic project
teams aware of potential cross-project impact.
