Our client, a global leading provider of financial services is seeking a Development Support candidate for their midtown New York City office.
Description:
Support person for supporting applications deployed to the brokers and traders in fixed income, derivatives market.
The person will be responsible for the following tasks:
Provide application support to the brokers and external clients (STP Customers)
Troubleshoot software issues, identify and/or isolate the problems to a specific process or a system.
Perform trade research and help in extracting data for analysis.
Create and maintain reports
Perform software deployment
The person should have
·Excellent communication skills and aptitude for problem solving
·The ability to deal with pressures of handling realtime applications
·The working knowledge of SQL to query databases
·Prior knowledge of Fixed Income business is a plus.
