<b><u><font color= "#3399CC">IT Systems Analyst / Manager</font color= "#3399CC"></u></b><br>
We are looking for a Systems Analyst that has the hands on experience and ability to manage and run a team through daily operations. The right person will be able to continuously drive operations to improvement, document timelines and daily operations and also have experience working hands on with SQL, strong Excel, Access, and Visual Basic. <br><br>
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for assisting and assigning support as requested by the corporate offices. The consultant must also have a strong technical background as they will oversea coverage when support is not available. This position is starting on a consulting basis, the right consulting will be considered for a permanent positions.<br>
<b><u><font color= "#3399CC">Experience required in the following: </font color= "#3399CC"></u></b><br><ul>

Experience: <li><b>Must</b> have experience with SQL and Access Databases, Visual Basic and MS Office applications.<br>
<li>Must be able to delegate roles for different projects. <br>
<li>Resolve escalated Helpdesk issues when timelines are closing in.<br>
<li>Communicatte and update internal operational information with other team/ corporate offices.<br>
<li>Experience with Crystal Reports is a very strong plus. <br>
<li>Data modeling experience with the use of MS Visio.<br>
<li>Must have very strong communication and documentation abilities.<br>
<li>Proven Experience leading/ managing a team. <br>
<li>MCSE, MCSA Certifications a plus.<br>
