Implementation of Backup and Disaster Recovery Operations <br>
Object and Stored procedure creation to support user requests <br>
Query and Index Tuning <br>
Schema Management <br>
Implementation and maintenance of database and user security <br>
Management of server upgrades and service pack installations <br>
Interfacing with end-users to create and implement business rules and best practices <br>
Review database usage and performance to achieve optimal server efficiency <br>
Develop, maintain, update and oversee database and Crystal reports and stored procedures <br>
Responsible for meeting and registration setup <br>
Responsible for all aspects of data capture and data entry. Supervises data entry operations. Analyzes data for trends in data integrity and validity <p>

Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills <br>
2+ years of experience as a SQL DBA<br>
System administration experience and working knowledge in supporting SQL, Crystal, Windows XP <br>
At least 2-3 years experience of application support <br>
Fast learner, intuitive and proactive <br>
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
<br>
Thorough analytical skills to troubleshoot technical computer problem as presented by users and resolve with own knowledge, or use documentation, or know when to escalate to support. <br>
Crystal Report experience highly desirable <br>
Experience with MS-SQL Reporting Services a plus <br>
Ability to work both independently and as leader or part of a team <br>
Excellent organization and customer service skills <br>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills <br>
Maintains effectiveness under pressure.<p>
