BASIC FUNCTION:As part of M&T’s Collections area, the MIS Analyst II would provide system support, personal computer and/or mainframe to assigned department on complex, non-routine projects. Acts in a liaison capacity between assigned department and Technology personnel.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Collections Client and the CACS Reporting System. This support includes maintaining the current reporting system as well as planning for future enhancements.Candidate will participate in mid to large-scale Collections technology projects.They will act as a liaison between the Collections clients and M&T Technical resources (NCI, NCS, Telecom, NCC, Information Security) and (where applicable) outside vendors.Develop Microsoft Excel worksheets and Microsoft SQL queries.Support current and future collection’s applications on an as needed basis.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Business or 4+ years work experience within the MIS field, Banking or CollectionsMinimum of two (2) years experience in the Information Systems field or Collections with proven programming skills utilizing Visual Basic and/ or MIS Access and/ or SAS or equivalentMust be a team player but also at times the incumbent must be able to perform duties with minimal supervisionIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:SAS report writing experienceVisual BasicMS SQLMS Office Suite
